Teeth whitening with LED technology

Teeth whitening is an effective and gentle way to brighten your smile. At Monary Clinic, whitening is safely performed with a peroxide-free whitening gel and advanced LED light technology that activates the gel and whitens teeth without pain or sensitivity.

You can choose from three treatment options – 20, 30 or 2 x 20 minutes – depending on the initial condition of your teeth and the desired result. A single treatment session usually achieves a whitening effect of 4-8 shades.

During the treatment, the client can relax completely, and after the treatment, you will receive individual home care instructions to help the results last longer. The whitening is always performed by a trained healthcare professional in our official private healthcare unit.

STEP 1

BEFORE TREATMENT

  • We recommend brushing your teeth before treatment.
  • If possible, remove tartar before treatment.
  • Avoid eating and drinking 1–2 hours before treatment.

STEP 2

  • LED light activated whitening gel treatment (20/30/2x20 min)

  • Personal home care instructions

STEP 3

AFTER TREATMENT

  • Avoid staining foods and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, red wine, cola, blueberries, tomato sauce) for 48 hours after treatment.
  • Maintain good oral hygiene: brush your teeth regularly and floss.
  • Avoid smoking and colored mouthwashes, which can reduce the whitening effect.
  • Repeat treatment can be done after 4 weeks at the earliest.
  • Maintenance treatment is recommended every 3–12 months – depending on lifestyle and desired results.
  • We recommend booking your next appointment in advance to keep your smile bright all year round.
